Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information between visits — for example, that you are signed in or which language you prefer. Similar technologies such as localStorage store preferences directly in your browser and work in much the same way.

Necessary. Required for the site to function; they cannot be switched off. We use: an authentication cookie that keeps you signed in and protects against request forgery, the language-preference cookie xshop-locale (12 months), the consent cookie xshop-consent that stores your cookie choice (12 months), and localStorage entries for your theme and interface preferences.

Analytics — Yandex Metrica. Loaded on every page of ai.x-shop.pro except the payment page (/pay), whether or not you have made a choice in the cookie banner: the banner and the settings button do not control it. Yandex Metrica (counter 111240538, operated by Yandex) sets its own cookies on this domain: _ym_uid (a random visitor identifier, 12 months), _ym_d (date of first visit, 12 months), _ym_isad (whether an ad blocker is present), and _ym_visorc (session recording, 30 minutes). Its Webvisor feature records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling, and the page as it was displayed to you, including text you typed into the chat — so we can find broken flows. Because the banner does not cover it, the only ways to stop it are to block it in your browser or with an ad blocker, or to delete its cookies.

Analytics — Google Analytics. Set only if you allow this category. Google Analytics 4 (property G-3K1W4G9196, operated by Google) sets _ga (a random visitor identifier, 24 months) and _ga_3K1W4G9196 (session state, 24 months); it records page views, referrers and approximate location derived from your IP address, and it processes that data on Google's infrastructure, which may be outside your country. It does not record your screen or what you type. Decline this category, or ignore the banner, and Google Analytics is not requested at all.

Marketing. Would be used for personalized offers and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns. We do not currently use any marketing cookies. If we introduce them, they will only be set with your permission.

Necessary cookies make sign-in, security, language, and theme work — without them the service simply cannot operate, which is why they are always on.

Analytics cookies show us which pages are used, how visitors arrive, and where the interface fails them, so we can fix what does not work and improve what does. We use them for product decisions, not to profile you or target ads.

Marketing cookies, if ever enabled, would let us show offers that are relevant to you instead of generic ones.

You can change or withdraw your consent to Google Analytics and to any future marketing cookies at any time — the button below re-opens the cookie settings. It does not affect Yandex Metrica, which does not depend on consent; section 2 explains how to block it.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking necessary cookies will break signing in and remembering your language.

Your choice is stored in the xshop-consent cookie for 12 months. If we materially change this policy, we will raise its version and ask for your consent again.
