Terms of Service

X-Shop AI is an AI assistant for flight-simulation and virtual-aviation enthusiasts, offering multiple AI models and a specialized Aviation mode. All aviation, weather, and flight-planning features are provided for simulation and virtual aviation only and must never be used for real-world flight operations.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use X-Shop AI. You are responsible for providing accurate information, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials, two-factor authentication, and any access keys secure.

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to bypass usage limits or plan restrictions; reselling or redistributing access; using the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes; or attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform. You are responsible for the content you submit to the AI.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You should independently verify important information. X-Shop AI does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or real-world aviation advice, and AI output must not be relied upon for real-world flight operations.

X-Shop AI offers a Free plan and a paid PRO subscription (billed monthly or yearly) with higher usage limits and additional features. Paid plans are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

Auto-renewal. X-Shop AI operates on an automatic-renewal (auto-charge) policy. Your PRO subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged automatically at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges. You are notified and warned about the auto-renewal before and at the time of subscribing.

Free trial. If you start a 7-day PRO trial and do not cancel before it ends, the trial automatically converts into a paid subscription and your payment method is charged.

No refunds. All payments are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, automatic renewals, and one-time credit purchases — we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused messages/credits, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account (Settings → Billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep PRO access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the Free plan. No refund is issued for the remaining paid period.

Extra credits. One-time credit purchases are non-refundable and do not expire. Prices and plan features may change; changes apply to future billing periods.

The service relies on third parties, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy: Stripe (payments); OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (AI model processing); Navigraph SimBrief (flight planning); and the NOAA Aviation Weather Center (weather and airport data). X-Shop AI is not affiliated with SimBrief or Navigraph.

X-Shop AI, its branding, and its software are owned by us and protected by law. You retain rights to the content you submit; subject to applicable AI provider terms, you are responsible for how you use AI output.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI output.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
