Terms of Service

X-Shop AI is an AI assistant for flight-simulation and virtual-aviation enthusiasts, offering multiple AI models and a specialized Aviation mode. All aviation, weather, and flight-planning features are provided for simulation and virtual aviation only and must never be used for real-world flight operations.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use X-Shop AI. You are responsible for providing accurate information, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials, two-factor authentication, and any access keys secure.

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to bypass usage limits or plan restrictions; reselling or redistributing access; using the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes; or attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform. You are responsible for the content you submit to the AI.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You should independently verify important information. X-Shop AI does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or real-world aviation advice, and AI output must not be relied upon for real-world flight operations.

X-Shop AI offers a Free plan and a paid PRO subscription (billed monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or yearly) with higher usage limits and additional features. Paid plans purchased on our website are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Plans and credits purchased in the X-Shop AI iOS app are purchased through Apple’s App Store (in-app purchase) and processed by Apple.

Auto-renewal. X-Shop AI operates on an automatic-renewal (auto-charge) policy. Your PRO subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged automatically at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges. You are notified and warned about the auto-renewal before and at the time of subscribing.

Trial period. The PRO trial is paid, not free: you are charged a one-time trial fee (shown before you pay) that gives you PRO for a limited number of days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into the paid subscription you selected — monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or yearly — and your payment method is charged at that plan's price. The trial fee is separate from the subscription price and is not deducted from it. One trial per account.

No refunds. All payments made on our website are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, automatic renewals, and one-time credit purchases — we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused messages/credits, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription purchased on our website at any time through your account (Settings → Billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep PRO access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the Free plan. No refund is issued for the remaining paid period.

App Store purchases (iOS app). If you subscribe or buy credits in the iOS app, the purchase is made with your Apple Account and is subject to Apple’s terms, including Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage and cancel an App Store subscription only in your Apple Account settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your X-Shop AI account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) under Apple’s policies. Your PRO status and purchased credits are linked to your X-Shop AI account.

Extra credits. One-time credit purchases made on our website are non-refundable and do not expire; credits bought through the App Store also do not expire (refunds follow Apple’s rules). Prices and plan features may change; changes apply to future billing periods.

The service relies on third parties, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy: Stripe (payments on our website); Apple (App Store in-app purchases and subscription billing in the iOS app); RevenueCat (purchase and subscription management for the mobile apps); OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (AI model processing); Navigraph SimBrief (flight planning); and the NOAA Aviation Weather Center (weather and airport data). X-Shop AI is not affiliated with SimBrief or Navigraph.

X-Shop AI, its branding, and its software are owned by us and protected by law. You retain rights to the content you submit; subject to applicable AI provider terms, you are responsible for how you use AI output.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI output.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
